How we got started

The journey wasn’t easy and it wasn’t necessarily pretty.

After experiencing mood challenges postpartum, Sylvia was looking for natural remedies for relief. Her research led her down the rabbit-hole of the gut-brain connection*.

She wasn't satisfied with the MOOD probiotics on the Market.

So she decided to create her own.
